I went to the casinos just two days, but I spent a good long time there.
Saturday I started at Foxwoods at a 2-4 limit game and won some money which I then lost back. I should have left earlier.
I went from there back to the hotel to check in and get settled and take a bit of a shower and nap. Then I went to Mohegan Sun where was was able to play the 1-1 no limit game. It was a good time.
I walked over and played some JOB video poker and won a bit. The place was packed and the pretty girls were everywhere, some dressed in very sexy outfits.
I went back on July 4th, thinking the holiday would be a repeat of the celebrating crowds, but as it turns out the casino is rather slow those days. The 1-1 game did not come off, even with 9 people on the list, but the 2-4 was fairly easy. It broke up after midnight.
I had played VP earlier in the day and lost. I also was duped by the pay table. I thought I was playing 8/5 bonus poker, but they cheated on the quads and did not give high hands the right boosts in pay. I have to be more careful. Perhaps I'll only play the JOB. I also tried their Deuces, but had no luck.
In the end my gambling lost me $183 for the trip.
